Our Story

Encouraged by good friends who knew the passion I had for Vintage Portraits, Sarah Lawrence set up Galary in 2023 to share and sell a Curated Selection of Art which she had collected and sourced far and wide.

Selecting work for aesthetic value as opposed to famous Artwork by famous artists  with , the idea was to offer an affordable and eclectic mix of Vintage and antique 20th Century Fine Art. The work is selected for placement into our everyday home interiors. It is work which belongs on the wall to be enjoyed, not hidden away, like many Investment Art collections.

I also believe in the Magic of Art produced by everyone.The naivety and beauty which often accompanies this is her particular obsession. Hence, the work is more than often from an 'Unknown' or local Artist.

All items can be viewed at her Studio by appointment and if you're looking for anything specific, she would be happy to source if for you.
